atja Rinkinen lives in Frankfurt, Germany. She has 20 years professional expertise inhouse, on consultancy side and in executive coaching. Katja leads the coaching department of Bucerius Education at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. She is fluent in English and German.

Katja is a trained executive coach and business mediator with more than 2500 hours of coaching experience and holds an Executive Master of HEC Paris and Oxford Said.

In 2010, Katja established Rinkinen Communications Coaching & Consultancy, specialised in Executive Coaching and Top-Management Development.
