RAJITA JOSHI

ajita Joshi lives in Mumbai, India. Rajita has been an entrepreneur, a business head, a professional coach/assessor & trainer/facilitator in twenty years of her career. Rajita has experience of interventions in industries like Telecom, Automobile, Retail, IT/ITES, Engineering, BFSI, Insurance, BPOs, Media, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Consulting firms at all levels in India. Rajita has coached leaders at CXO/CEO level in multi nationals and Indian companies and subsequently also done team-coaching for N-1 leaders in her client organizations. Rajita is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Rajita has completed her diploma in fine arts and bachelors in business administration along with specialized masters in consulting and coaching for change. She is Erikson Coaching certified and PCC certified form International Coaching Federation. She is certified in all three levels of Hogan assessments.

She works full time in leadership and executive coaching along with transition coaching and reintegration into work with coaching for senior leaders and women leaders through her company Metanoia Network. She is an advisor for a Nagpur based NGO focused on women’s development, ‘Centre for Sustainable Development’.
